Key Metrics
- CPI (Cost Performance Index): Earned Value / Actual Cost
- SPI (Schedule Performance Index): Earned Value / Planned Value
- EAC (Estimate at Completion): Forecasted total cost
- VAC (Variance at Completion): Budget - EAC
Interpretation
- CPI > 1.0: Under budget
- CPI < 1.0: Over budget
- SPI > 1.0: Ahead of schedule
- SPI < 1.0: Behind schedule
