Creating Projects

Create from Scratch

1. Navigate to Projects and click Create Project
2. Enter project name, description, and dates
3. Set initial budget (optional)
4. Assign a project manager

Create from Template

1. Go to Templates and select a template
2. Click Use Template
3. Enter your project name and start date
4. The template pre-fills tasks, milestones, and budget lines

Project Settings

• Status: active, on_hold, completed, archived
• Health: Auto-calculated from 6 factors (tasks, risks, budget, schedule, dependencies, decisions)
• Budget: Set total budget and track against actual spend
