Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Milestones
Creating Milestones
- Open a project and go to the Milestones tab
- Click Add Milestone and set name, due date, and description
- Link tasks to the milestone
Auto-Status
Milestone status updates automatically based on linked tasks:
- Not Started: No tasks completed
- In Progress: Some tasks completed
- Completed: All linked tasks done
- At Risk: Due date approaching with incomplete tasks
Reach Action
Manually mark a milestone as reached when it's achieved, even if not all linked tasks use the automated flow.
