The RAID Log tab on each project combines:
- Risks: Potential threats with severity and mitigation
- Assumptions: (tracked as decisions with 'assumption' type)
- Issues: Active problems requiring resolution
- Dependencies: Task dependencies and external dependencies
Each section shows count badges and can be expanded for detail.
